With the biggest college football stadiums capable of holding close to 100,000 spectators—not to mention the thousands of fans gathering in the vicinity tailgating—the college marketing opportunities at these events are astronomical. Most colleges provide free or discounted tickets to the student body, encouraging students to attend.
